Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your purchase!

If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Exchanges: Available for any item, subject to availability.
• If the new item is higher in price, the difference will be collected in cash (COD) through the courier upon delivery.
• If the new item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded via InstaPay after deducting the exchange shipping fees — provided a balance remains.
• Photo required: Any return or exchange request must include a clear photo of the item.
• Shipping: Order shipping fees + return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the item is incorrect or defective.
